Permission to use this beta
Querais grants you a non-exclusive, no-charge license to use the delivered Conquistar 0.1.0-rc.1 beta on your own machines, including for your own commercial work, and to keep backup copies. This permission does not expire when beta testing ends. No payment, purchase order or Conquistar account is required. These free beta terms apply to this release in place of any statement in older packaged documentation that commercial approval or a paid order is needed.
Proprietary software and third-party material
Conquistar remains proprietary software. This is permission to use the delivered beta, not an open-source license or permission to resell, sublicense or redistribute its proprietary files. Share the official download link instead. These restrictions do not limit rights under third-party licenses or mandatory law. Bundled dependency notices and source material remain under their respective licenses. The corresponding verifier sources are available beside the binary download at no charge.
Your code and provider access
You retain your code, task inputs and outputs. Codex, model access and Docker Desktop are separate products with their own terms and any applicable charges. Selected task source and diagnostics may be shared through your Codex connection with its provider. Local task records can contain source and receiver keys; keep them private. Conquistar does not automatically upload a support bundle.
Beta scope and responsibility
This beta supports bounded TypeScript module tasks, finite behavior checks and explicit local installation of one accepted file. It does not promise universal correctness, whole-application verification, deployment, cost savings or future features. Review changes and keep backups. The beta is provided as is, without a contractual warranty or service-level commitment, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
Future releases and support
There is no subscription or automatic conversion to a paid plan. Future releases may have different prices or terms, disclosed separately before you choose to obtain them; they do not retroactively charge for this beta. No automatic updater is included. For installation issues or reproducible defects, contact contact@querais.xyz with the version and a redacted description. Do not send credentials or private task stores.
